Ok! I use to be friends with a guy called "Cokolino" until he changed who he was. He was no longer the Cokolino who got mod, No longer the Cokolino everyone became friends with. He said "I've changed for I'm on the grind for Moderator." Well, I've seen lots of staff and the ones who succeed tend to be the ones who are there to help. Not those who are hungry for power EG: Cokolino. I'm not hating on him just interested in why he is more interested in banning people left and right then he is to just want to be staff as a crutch. To help those who need it.

There have been many who have done this "Moderator grind" and most of them failed. The ones I saw succeed such as: Flopdup, Apples and i4sheep. They were in it to help. Of course they would like a promotion but didn't go out on their way with the soul thing in their mind being "I need to get that promotion" They just wanted to help.

This wouldn't be a proper Pandahut rant without a moral so. The moral is. Don't change who you are. No matter what the stakes are, no matter the rewards. For at the end of the day? You will be the one at the short end of the stick.

You've done good Loxten. What I mean in this is that he doesn't wanna "help" he just wants to get moderator. I feel this is bad for it shows he wants Power>Helping. I thought the whole point of becoming a staff member was to just Help people and have Promotions as a side bonus. The good feeling of helping people should be good enough. He just wants Moderator for the Ban Protection I assume.
