As any player trying to appeal something or report someone, staff never give anyone a chance to reexplain things or be more specific. They jump to conclusions when they obviously have time to deal with it. And I'm not saying this just because it's happened to me, it's happened to everyone. On the server, it's nearly the same. Half the staff don't listen to story's and just ban whoever killed the person. Staff should spend more time investigating things before jumping to conclusions.

Staff members as well always cover up each other's flaws which does not help anyone in the situation. When a staff member makes a mistake, they need to live up to it, and learn from it. Covering up your mistakes like nothing happened is just like something bad happening because it puts pressure on you and makes you nervous not to do it again. However, that is fine, they need to learn from these mistakes.

This has happened to my friends a while back, and I've been in a couple sits where I was the one saying something was wrong and the other person gets a swift ban. Luckily that doesn't happen too often, but there are some staff that just ban the person so they could get back to playing.

Go and review some of the recent ban appeals and player reports and look for the ones where the OP said something like "but the mod never tp" "the mod never talked to me"
