Add a Roleplay Factions Server (No Wipes)

I think Pandahut should add a faction roleplay server. And only for donators. This server will be the only roleplay server that won't have wipes, if so maybe once a year or so.
This will take lots of the anger off of factions on roleplay servers that keep getting their base wiped because they are rich and make it big.
