Mr.Ghost Report? Bug Report? Defense for possible report

Hello, i really dont know where to put these because its like a report they may do for my "kos", a report of Mr.Ghost breaking a bandit rule and kosing and a bug report that makes medics useless.
i will folllow the report format for the mr.ghost report:
[ Your Name ] is reporting [ Player you are Reporting ] WildWest is reporting Mr.Ghost
Your Character Name: WildWest
Player You Want to Report: Mr.Ghost
Date/Time of Violation: 02/28/16 2:00 am more or less
Rule Violated: You cannot KOS (kill on sight) for no reason at all.
You can only rob every 15 minutes.
Evidence (Required):
