Hello so I just want to talk about all the rp mod not being rude in any way just want to make a statement ok so on ph 13 it takes a very long time for a mod to respond because they are so into the mods that where added they don't help and then on panda hut 10. 1) there isn't as many mods in general because on 13. 2) there is no PST time zone so us on the west coast have to deal with mass kosing after 8 pm here (because that's 11 EST with us where most mods are located). Sorry for thr little rant just wanna see if we could kinda get the whole situation resolved because I love play panda hut 10 but when there is no mods on I just leave because there is always lots of Los when there is no mods on.

This has been a reoccurring problem since I first joined the staff team 11 months ago, sadly I highly doubt KOS will stop entirely. If you wish to take the situation into your own hands and report the MASS KOSer please do so in our Roleplay Player Reports. If no staff are on please tag use on discord using "@RPSTAFF" or poke a staff member on our teamspeak "ts.pandahut.net".

The evolution of problems with staff in order is
Staff was not able to deal with sits properly last year
Staff does not answer to adminhelps 3 months ago
Staff is not aviable like before (the typical "need a mod on 13 no mods on" over discord everyday) last month and actual problem
Staff cannot help as there is 1 mod with a list of things to do. A kos here, failrp over there, oh look i peek with my ze little eye... racism actual problem

yea i mean a posted that before being a mod but when i'm the only mod in ph 10 except for a hour or 2, 1-2 mods come on, and its hard dealing with all of that on top of m not having access to logs (i'm only trial that's why) its hard keeping the server clean and restoring on top of the fact that when ever there is kos everyone in chat spams kos and the person who kos'ed name got away so i cant look at there steam profile so i can't ban them its very hard but i feel 1-2 mods feel its hard so they leave but if they would wait maybe a few more mods will join and everything will be clean

If you want to do anything about it, and do a difference for the Pandahut community maybe you should apply for mod. :) Every staff-member is doing their best and we are only humans.

If you think we need more mods in your timezone, then you would be the perfect guy to apply! Thats an start, right?

You will get full-mod if you are doing your job good while you are active. The higher-ups will decide this, no-one else :)

It takes however long it takes man. Just be patient and you will get it. Impatience shows a lack of maturity and will actually make the wait longer. So just chill for a bit. You're trial, as am I and its a pretty big responsibility at first. Takes a bit of getting used to. I've been through the process before and it took me about two or three weeks but yours could be a very different length of time.

Be glad where you are right now instead of wishing you were somewhere else. It will come in due time.
