1.the people in the raid should have to call raid each individually to make sure they are the right role to be able to raid
2.people around the raid area have 3mins to leave the area. would help with the Random Kosing

Why? The whole point of the game is survival.

isn't it already required to announce raids?
the "Roleplaying Rules" thread seems to imply that.

What panda is saying is that everyone involved in the raid should call raid so the defenders know who is raiding them and to make sure they are the right role to be able to raid. Btw +1 on the whole "everyone involved has to say raid"

I can get where you're coming from, but sounds like that could flood the chat when it's a big group. Everyone should know they have to be the appropriate role in order to raid. After it's done and such if someone wasn't a one of those roles they would be dealt with. More than likely the Raid would be voided, and the owner would get their stuff back. In the end, once people really know the rule that they have to have the right role to raid, the "everyone involved has to say raid" would be unnecessary.
Leaving the area of the raid would be helpful for what you said , Random KOSing for those not involved. +1
