I recently have come to conclusion that the bases on Washington that are glitched under Scorpion - 7 are almost impossible to get in if they have claim flags. I don't really know what to say to "fix" or "resolve" that issue but just keep an eye out because I tried to use C4, Grenades, Rocket Launcher, Plane with sandbags going up then a bed on top, and nothing.

Server #5 has a glitched base under Scorpion - 7, not sure about other maps.
