Today Ragnaros shot my car for no reason. He exploded the car and my friend died. Everyone stole hes stuff. Is it allowed to shoot any car/heli for no reason?

If somebody steals your car in front of you, then you can shoot him. (You can only shoot whilst they're driving away! not after they got away with the car). This also counts for helicopters and boats and also counts if a person blew up your car or shot at it.

^ Obviously meaning you can blow up / shoot a car. Sorry cz I blew it up but I was quite annoyed with you squeaking with your car all around seattle (you were intentionally using a squeaky sound continuously to annoy people lel, and it worked with me)
