Hey Guys

Recently I have been thinking more into doing these apartments again. I want your guys opinions on if you would want them back again with the safezone around it or have it without the safezone

Cheap and affordable to those even who have just started

Some people may not like it

I have a plan to combat lag. It mostly wasn't the actual building creating lag although it did have a load on entitys it was mainly due to players building their own bases around it.

Do YOU want it back?

YES but what really makes it lag is lighting. Get rid off all the lights in it or have 1 or 2 on each floor. Also maybe make some seperate house around it 1x2 or so to give it a nicer feeling.

Class A 10000 per irl month -Huge space for lockers beds etc

Class B 5000 per irl month - Medium space

Class C 1000 per irl month average space for the average apartments

Class D 500 per irl month and lowest class small space

SWAT ONLY are allowed to do regular drug farm checks?

Loxton you should allow police to check the appartments frequently. If a drug farm is found we will successfully destroy the farm causing no damage to the apartments however if gunmakers it hard for us and we do find evidence we will tear it apart brick by brick with RPGs xD. But seriously let us frequently check

SWAT are not allowed to raid, without valid evidence and permission from a captain.

You can't just search apartments without suspicion. You need to investigate and get a warrant first.

Deputy+ can give warrants and I also have a warrant. It would only be known bandits not random builders and weaponsmiths
