When is the server wipe?

Server 10 (Washington) is constantly lagging,
there are very often lag spikes and many times players get disconnected,
the server crashes, games crash due to the lag,
or players have to disconnect because they're unable to do anything until they do because it lags so much,
the server is unplayable, unlike server 13, (PEI+)
which only has minor lag spikes every now and then, or the kit PvP servers which never lag and are completely fine,
because there aren't hundreds/thousands of entities everywhere!
Please wipe the server already, it's been delayed for so long, and the server is very frustrating to play on.
