Hey Panda's,

The time has come once again!
In the upcoming 7 days you will be able to vote for your Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below

Be friendly to those in-game
Set up promotional signs
Give out items

All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:Presently I am not happy with how Washington is. The police are not effective and Washington has gone down hill. As mayor I want to represent all citizens and be their voice. I want to be the people’s voice when making changes in areas such as law, order & policing. I will work for the community and I will help work for the common good. Everyone is welcome onboard this movement & together we will make Washington great again!

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
I will be helpful to all the citizens of Washington. As outlined in my manifesto, I plan to create jobs for all roles, thus boosting the economy. I also plan to meet up with citizens and ask them what effects them most. I have already done this and they have told me that they are concerned about lag in the server. As mayor I would devise building regulations to reduce lag. I will work with all citizens who want to make Washington Great Again!
When devising laws, I will always consult with the community and they will be implemented on a phased period, in order to ensure smooth transition.

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?:a long time ago for kos when I did not know the rules too well.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?:I promise the citizens of Washington that I will use the funds given to me for the following:
Improving the police force(gving them better vehicles and weapons)
Constructing jails in Washington
Constructing a mayor’s residence
Constructing a 13-like toll bridge
Constructing government housing for poor citizens
Paying generous grants to all workers who have helped build these
Electricity supply throughout Seattle
I also aim to increase police wages, and if necessary I will pay for police myself

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions):
As mayor, I will create jobs and improve the economy of Washington. As outlined in my manifesto, all roles will be useful. I will also be creating job’s in the Mayor’s office.
Builders:
• Builders will be needed to construct the mayor’s residence which will be a permanent home for each #10 mayor elected.
• A campaign promise by Duke will be to construct a toll bridge in Seattle to fund a new police group(I will seek approval by RP administration)
• Construction of a police HQ
• Construction on jails for the police group.
• Construction of Subsidised Homeless Shelters
Weapon smiths and Armor smiths:
• Re-arming the police group
• Supplying police group with weapons
Mechanics:
• Supplying the police group
Jobs given directly by the mayor:
• Builder to construct government billboards promoting the governments agenda
• Chief of staff – adviser to the mayor
• Public affairs director – making sure laws are implemented and dealing with citizens’ complaints
Police:
• Duke promises to make a new police group which will be both strong and stable, similar to the PSD.
• I also promise to lobby RP-admins to increase police wages

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: This Rank will help me and the people in Pandahut 10 grow, and build a greater future for it! Since im very active in pandahut, I will be more helpful being mayor and to protect and serve civilians.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will boost the growth of Police Officers, I will help protect Civilians better, I will be monitoring the activity of criminals to easily take action when they raid, rob, kidnap, etc. The community will be more shielded. The community will not be destroyed it will stay safe great and make Washington a better place!

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will spend my money on these things: Buildings, BetterPoliceGear, Lights in Seattle will be back up! No need to buy Nightvision!, An Official Food Station where all Food Makers/Sellers can start their own shop (There will also be Official Gun Stores to avoid unlicensed weps being sold), I will make safer jails with 1 sentry each to avoid the prisoner getting out, A government building which each rooms will be 2x2 free for every citizen poor and rich.

Secondary Weapon- 1week licensed Scalar

On a seperate note, i would like to invite all mayoral candidates for a debate in front of a live audience of citizens.

you're such a copycat. the toll bridge was duke's idea not just from today but from like 2 weeks ago. You've copied duke's promises.
#dukeformayor. we need a political outsider and a genuine canidate not someone who is a conman
