mayor for august?

do the running candidates for mayor have to be ex police officers? I am a bandit yes but I do a lot of charity work for the poor and new players! I also donate money to the new mayors and currently building a homeless shelter, also some police cells, restraunts, etc for people to work in and earn money! I would love to run for the next mayor but I'm not sure if I am aloud to?

No but being a bandit doesn't give the best impressions
