Okay so i was recently involved in some things with the police that is explained in my ban appeal http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1622 (im not baiting for support or comments) but i just don't understand why the police think they have the right to arrest and let someone starve to death then steal your loot because i don't think the cops should be allowed to be able to arrest a person as they please i think there should be a warrant system or something put in place for cops so people cant just arrest just for the sake of arresting. this could be easily done because you have made the group for the police so the police officers could just put in chat Can i have a warrant to arrest "person" for "reason" then at least the police are not just arresting for no reason

Absolutely not... Police can be anyone so that's not really possible and many arrest situations of you ask for a warrant the person will either run before its issued or just kill you... So that's a no for sure

It's actually in the rules (or used to be) that police are not allowed to loot a dead players body, even if it's neutral loot. The only time would be for illegal items.

It no longer is and I personally don't like that as it gives officers no way to get better gear. They would be stuck with Cobras unless they pay a weapon smith for weapons which is very expensive (maybe make weapons cost less for smiths?) or have to go on a long loot run when cops should actually be very decked out and people not want to fuck with them. Just my opinion your free to agree or disagree as you see fit!

Added, also a lot of officers tell people to drop their guns because it's ''illegal'' even though it doesn't state it is, so I added it in the rules that it isn't so people would stop with this nonsense

+1, We need lower cost for smiths, just because people just go out and farm zombies for weapons, instead of coming to us (due to high costs)

I can see where your coming from but if you was arrested and you died from something like dehydration you would be very annoyed if a cop was looting your gear so maybe it could be a good idea to add a wage system.

The fact they arrested you, then you died because you couldn't eat is pretty messed up. It's not like in real life that a cop is gonna arrest you, throw you in jail and let you starve to death. The fact they did that could be considered in a way of killing you. Did you tell them you were gonna die of starvation soon?

I agree cops should have a reason to arrest someone, not just cuff them for no reason. Granted, sometimes cops will cuff you for "their safety and yours"in real life. But they can't just arrest you without reason. If anything, that's where a lawyer would come in and get you out of it if they didn't have probable cause to arrest you. Only problem is, are there any lawyers that actually play on the RP server? And would the police actually listen to the lawyer to let the "arrested suspect" go?

There's already a wage system for donators. But it being a RP server I think it would be cool to only get paid for the role you're using not because you donated.

• Police get paid so much for being on duty.

• Docs, get paid something as well as charging for meds and what not.

• Bandits either get paid little to not at all seeing as most just go robbing and raiding anyways. And honestly, what do they really do for the server to get paid for? Lets be honest.

• Weaponsmiths shouldn't be paid anything seeing as they get their money from weapon bartering.

Etc and so forth, for the rest of the roles.
