RPPD Statements of Change

Hello pandas of #10!
You may not know me well. I am Cleanse, a former Police Captain, once part of the famous and successful group RPHD. I am coming back from a 2 month break, and I am going to try to do things right.
Our current mayor, Duke, has given the RPPD a special grant of 35k to help this police force back onto its 2 feet. I am estatic of this opportunity, as I have planned out a way that all of us citizens will enjoy this grant. It may not be much at first, but I am sure you will all like it.
The first 10,000 will go to growing the police force.
As you all may know, the new RPPD currently has very few members. Many cops that are not under our group do not have proper training and skill to take on many of the great criminals of Washington. This 10k will be used primarily on training, as well as benefits for the police in our group. Since we do not have much, all salaries will be raised by 100 a IRL day. This may not be much, but it would certainly be helpful.
The second 10,000 will go to advertising.
As addressed in the earlier paragraph, RPPD has few members, and we are trying our hardest to hire more every day. I also know that many cops over 10 are not under our control. This results to disorganization to stop raids as well as kidnaps. There is also an issue where these cops do not listen to higher up orders. If you are one of these people in this situation, dont worry! We are glad to invite you to the RPPD. To increase our join rate, approximately 10k will go into advertising, mainly billboards, posters (placards), and such.
The final 15,000 will go to all of you!
I have noticed many issues occuring will all of you. First of all, the death rate on starvation is rapid. This is one of the major issues, and I would like to address that. This 15k will be spent on food and dressings. We will set up a booth that you can claim TWO DRESSINGS per day, as we will try to serve everyone. We will be setting up these booths as soon as possible. Donations to our group will be gladly accepted , as it may increase from 1 Dressing to 2 Dressings a day! Note that this is not our primary job, and we will hand them out when no crime is happening.
