[Veteran Vanilla]

I've only been back on RP for 2 days. I've met many staff who are basically AuzzyKid jr's. Under normal circumstances AuzzyKid is too much of an insult but now for this new generation of staff? It applies perfectly. There are some exceptions such as: Arkani, DarkisShadow... thats about it. They are the only ones who are in it to help. These other people are like AuzzyKid. In it for the power. I'm sorry but... This isn't what RP should be. A stuck up place where you can't even poke a joke at someone. I was making a joke about being someone's superior. Got a warning for player disrespect. The victim understood the humour and the joke behind it. Unfortunately, as the AuzzyKid staff they are... they missed it.

I don't make these often anymore but.. Seriously? Can there be a law about getting warned for just about every minor insult? Me and Federix? We insult each other in good humour then laugh it off and talk of old times again. The new staff? They don't understand my bonds and relationships or my general personality.

Take it to heart: He who punishes for banter, gets punished for disrespect.

Sorry to have to make one of these again... but this just ain't right. I get warnings for everything, from putting too many capitals in 1 sentence, to pushing around jokes with the lads.

if you dont know about me...
i have a more sarcastic humor. it sounds like im being a dick (which I DONT WANT TO) but thats just how it sounds.
also we cant warn players unless they do all caps, or we get an /adminhelp about it. if someone warns you about it, take a picture and tell a mod to look in logs, then make a player report.
also dont bring up auzzy...he was just the worst
btw im not in it for the power, im just in it for...uhh...tbh i dont really know why im still a staff

That is mainly on #10 on #13 we have chill staff that dont warn us about everything but they are serious during a serious matter.

If you would like to reapply you can start from the bottom and come up. If you think are mods are not doing there jobs properly you can always fill out a report. Its not always in the best interest to mark the rest of the staff as a certain type of person all of us put our part in it. We may not see you on nor may play when you are there, but we are doing our jobs to the fullest. Anyways If you have any more issues with certain people please take it to the report forums. Thank you.
