Number 4 seems alright. It would need improvement and would definitely need to be an application role, but it's a good idea.
Rag has decided no roles like Pilot or such. 3 Won't be happening.
President=Mayor
Mafia=Bandit Leader
Real estate should be like they sell you a house in a protected compound and let you live in it.
