Thanks for the enthusiasm on my application - but I'm just here to say that there is actually 5 police chiefs; George, Tickle, Mastahkillah, Ayo Snipes, and Myself.

To be fair for George and Ayo are that you get on after they are off. I can't really say what all they do either, but Tickle has been sick lately with Mono.

That's really really incorrect. Most people aren't going to simply do whatever you say, especially if it's in an unfriendly tone. The mere fact you don't recognize this is kinda scary for someone who wants to be in a position of power/leadership. There's a reason the saying you catch more flies with honey than vinegar exists.

Being "mean spirited" towards bandits is the exact opposite of what a police chief should be. I would assume that the chief would be doing negotiations and things of that sort, and so would need to get the bandit to be friendly.

However if said bandit has, say, three or four hostages, your job is to rescue the hostages and get them to safety before putting them in danger by attacking the bandits.
