I'm now hearing that if someone is in the road and is hit by a car or whatever, it's not considered CDM? If this is really a rule, add it to the rules. It's not very clear if we hear of "New Rules" by word of mouth rather than in the rules. The Rules are the final say, and should be updated rather than left out and people just claiming it's a rule. This will cause confusion and we don't need that on an RP server.

Its the pedestrians fault for being in the road, Side walks, and alternate routes exist, but yes we do need an updated rule.

Why would it be the pedestrians fault for walking on the sidewalk?

If you are in the road you can be ran over, but if the person swerves off the road and hit you on the sidewalk, or they hit you on the crosswalk, it is KOS. If they tpa you back a moderator should warn them and next time it would be a day ban for CDM. Thanks for bringing this topic up to clarify.
