In the upcoming 7 days you will be able to vote for your Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below

• Be friendly to those in-game
• Set up promotional signs
• Give out items

All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:Ia m a deputy and know how unorganised the police are.. There is no police station, toll roads or ways for people to arrest others easily. I did prefer the roleplay idea of being police but lots of people didn't like me so I decided to take a break from police. I would like to improve this police force but as chief I didn't have any control over players who had just joined as police. I will also spend some of my own money on the city of washington

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will create a proper police station. (not just say I'm going to and not make it happen). I will help with the rppd to build centres for them and make them the lead police group. I will stop police officers being allowed to destroy illegaly parked cars and make it so only chief+ can. I will be supporting the rppd group with 75% of my pay.This will allow them to gear up their team.

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes a long time again for accidental kos.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: new police headquarters and security in the buildings. Also a headquarters for rpaf.
I wil also be building kitchens for chefs to work in that will be for the newer people with a reputation of above -150
The houses I will be building will be for those with above -150 and will only cost $400 and I will be covering any costs of the building.
I will be funding both the rppd and the rpaf to provide protection from air and land.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will build a homeless shelters, community centres to help kit new people out, and build a police centre. I will also be building larger houses outside of town for those with less money that wan't larger houses.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: because I have been getting too know the players of 10 and I would like to help and lead these players by making it a better environment. I would like to help players start up new businesses, help the police be stronger and more effective. And set a good example for all.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I would like to do something that hasn't been done before. I would like to start up a finacial aid system. Anyone that would like to start up a business or already has a business but doesn't have the suffient funds to grow, I would like to help. They would first apply on a forum page and I will look into what there business is about and how they make money and see if it's something worth me investing in. If so, I will help fund them. By making them their shop or in any other ways they are asking for money. So with that system that should help players that are "poor" that need help. It would give players a sense of support and not the feeling that they are alone. I will also help the police and also hire bodyguards to guard certain people that need the safety. My goal is that players feel safe and happy.

EDIT: I will also want to touch base with the captains and deputy's of 10 and see what laws need to be implemented

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes awhile ago. When I was new. Also with another situation where the moderator was wrong who banned me. He now demoted.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will use my money in the financial aid system, and also fund the police In ways that I think will help them prosper.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): i will help the community by building them buildings that they ask for that I think seem fit. If I don't think some buildings are worth the mayors balance but I think it still a good idea I will use my own balance :) I will also help make sure people's houses are secure. I believe everyone should have a sentry if they want one. And I will personally give them one. I will use these permissions to give back to the community. If I'm walking by someone's house and he needs windows and can't find anyone to get them from. I will give some to him as a gift from me.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I have seen washington crumble under the influence of bad leadership. I have seen how the R.P.P.D. fell apart with my own eyes. Its time for change. And thats why I am putting myself up as a candidate for Mayor.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
I will be open to everything, all the citizens can come to me with suggestions about new rules/laws and I will take all of them into consideration and maybe include some of them into the system. I am also going to fund the new R.P.A.F. and fund the R.P.P.D. so bandits are more affraid and make do more preparing for robberies and raids because otherwise the police will overwhelm them.
I will be someone to be looked up to and someone people can trust.
Someone who keeps his promises.
Someone who people can go to with ideas and leave with a heads up and think.... oh gosh our city is in good hands!
Homeless shelters, funding for every shop, make the police more frightning for criminals.

I am actually not going to talk about the money I will be given as mayor as I dont know how much it is going to be. Now... the thing I do know is that I will be giving money from my own money to washington.

Homeless Shelter(s): 25 000
(Note: This is all from my own money, so everything I get from mayor I will spend also on the city. If there is anything I need to fund you can always contact me and I will take it into consideration)
The thing is, I want the police force to be able to expand his boundries. So I hope this funding is enough to purchase:
Vehicles
Weapons
Training Programs
And maybe HQ expansions

That is where the homeless shelter comes into place. I have seen a lot of people without a home and too poor to get an apartment. So I will be building a homeless shelter for people who cant afford a home.
On everyones house that gets destroyed by natural forces such as rain and storms will get a free repair to their house by me.

I am trying to get EVERY cop a training program that gets into the R.P.P.D. Or R.P.A.F. This is going to be one of my top priorities so that bandits have to be affraid for the Police Force.
R.P.P.D.: Shooting, Arresting, Jailing, Raiding and Driving lessons all included.
