In the upcomming week, me and my soon appointed mayor-team will begin to build, and do all the stuff ive promised!
I will be appointed mayor officials roles, that will be payed weekly, to help me rebuilding PEI police and government structures and support.
Comment if interested in the comments:
- 2 builders (that have good ideas, and can convince Klock to fund the idea) 10.000 weekly will be gived to each builder.
- Public Affairs Director (that advitise Mayor Klock's, new achivements and buildings. Need to make videoes/pictures and talk in public about Klockmanns actions (PH discord and forum) 10.000 weekly will be gived to the public affairs director.

Klockmann, I'm interested of being a builder and I think that we can have a role in the Mayor Officer that could collect the suggestion from the players and arrange them so he/she could talk to you about what could we do next.

I want to be this role, I love helping mayor's ECT and I have the skills needed and a computer able to record (not the best quality but it work ish)

Klock. I'll be a builder. I've made many intricate designs on 13, and would love to do yours and with your permission, maybe some of mine. I agree with Tracy on the idea of a suggestion collector but maybe not Mayor Officer (was on phone, couldnt type it all out. What i mean is maybe a suggestion collector, but not with the name "Mayor Officer". Sounds like he's going around arresitng peeps tbh). Sum of my ideas from over the past and my term for mayor;

Homeless Shelter
The obvious one. You know what a homeless shelter is. This would also give food and water for a 3 week period until Op gets their own home. Extended stay in the homeless shelter can be agreed on.

Hospital
A hospital would increase the amount of doctors on pei and would heal players for a price. Price can be agreed on.

An Official Food Hut
We've all had those moments where we are so low on hunger, we call for a chef. Usually, there would be no chef on. A food hut would supply food and water, as well as increase the amount of chefs on pei.

MALL
A dream from al builders. To. Build a mall. A mall would have stalls, or little stores for vendors. Players would have to pay a low rent to stay.

(Side note: I am kinda good with triangular designs. Also, i'm one to save money by instead of buying the whole thing, make it myself. Learned it as a vip who was lowered down to less than 2k)(Sided note to the side note: anyone remember when 13 wasnt modded and the mayor actually hired builders to build town hall, unless old town hall wasnt raided.

Perhaps bodyguards whenever theres a government official on? So for example: The mayor, PAD, Builders, and Vicemayor are all government officials, and whenever they're on the bodyguards you hire will be appointed to them. I can take on the task of a bodyguard, because most people dont look at chat.

Hello,

I have been a builder for over 2-3 months %95 of the time on PEI. I made multiple building companies with the most recent one being Orange Industries That was shut down due to the building not having any positive affect on receiving more customers. My building style is very unique compared to lots of bases I've seen around the map. My main priorities revolve around getting the most out of what you pay, making sure it looks good, and for bases, and making it practical.

Ideas:

A homeless shelter (I have an innovative, cost effective, and modular plan in mind)

Car garages for Alberton (Again innovative and cost effective)

An auction house (For people who don't have a shop to sell there items)

A mall (a more affordable way for people to start a business)

A shared police headquarters (for police officers not in a group or in a small group to get started off)

I also have a bunch of smaller ideas and would be open to other peoples Ideas if I get elected as a builder

I would prefer to be an Assistant to the PAD and have building be my main priority. Thank you for reading.
