NOTE TO KLOCKMANN
This isnt meant to offend you

EVERYONE ELSE
So lately there has been a lot of staff members that have either been demoted/resigned, and have reapplied with little to no effort at all in their application. I call them Klockmann apps because klockmann's was the first ive seen since i got back. I mean, cool, more staff with experience, but they could atleast try to get their rank back. It's really unfair if there's that one person in the batch that actually put some effort into their application and is active but then an ex mod comes on for like a week and applies with no effort and gets like 500 +1s in the first 2 days of their app. Yoyu got any problems, post it like right down there. you see that reply button? yeah, that one

Orange's guide to getting moderator:

just say you were an ex-mod and want to come back, next hing you know you will be trial-mod.

This is true. However it takes one person to make a difference. Post on their application explaining how you see that their current application reflects how they act now. If you say "you're last application is not your current" you might start a trend. This could cause other moderators to say "hey wait a second, that is a true statement".

Check Lit’s app, Bat-Kat has already pointed this out on his.
