Alright guys I've noticed that alot of you have been trying to bring in many mods and staff lately but I do not see any criticism at all. All I see is "he is a good guy/ very mature." Or the old fashion +1. We need to start criticizing these new people otherwise we may have to demote them later on for abusiveness. I'm not saying all of them at all. But I feel and this is my opinion but, We as the staff should start some criticism on these posts even if its good no more one liners. If you're going to +1 someone give at least a paragraph about the player and examples of what they have done. And not every mod admin owner or staff member is perfect so give them the pros and cons and how to improve themselves. I don't want to have to ever warn another staff member again like the past.
Anywho this was my opinion about bringing in new staff.

-1 / Mercy can be too full of testosterone and get crazy.

And this is why I introduced a Polling idea for accepting and declining Moderators, this would make it easier for Miku and Mushy and would be in agreement with majority votes of Staff only.

Doesn't polling also keep the voters anonymous aswell? That might help those who don't want to look like an ass putting -1 on posts.

I get what you mean but I was implying that it be strictly Staff only and under the "Staff-Only" forums so others outside of staff can not view it.
