Earlier today, Slim Jesus (I think) said to me I like that gun, I recommend you drop it. I said no as I know that robberies have to be started in text. Then he said I would as we have 4 of us surrounding you. Then after he said this he put in chat apparently that this is not a robbery do not get on the ground but after the previous scenario I caught a glimpse and thought that it said this is a robbery, get on the ground.
As this was said, I opened fire on him, and in the incident killing his friends and super_duper11 also shot. I didn't die but his team did. After this happened, they claimed KOS, even though it wasn't.
Then Killgore came and sorted out the situation, not even asking my side of the story. I was given a warning but I am still complaining as he didn't listen to my story, and I lost 1/2 my stuff as Kaleo and ItsGfxr both killed me in the scenario, and only ItsGfxr was banned and that was only for a hour, even tough KOS should be an one day ban.


I know I'm going to get hate for this as I wasn't banned but I still wanted to make it clear to Ragnaros, mushy, Kimchi and Miku.

Let me start off by saying. "I know that robberies have to be started in text." is false. You do NOT have to start off a robbery with text. I'm not sure who told you that, but that's incorrect. Most people will start the robbery off in chat because that's usually the best way to do it so you aren't killed while trying to type "this is a robbery."

The fact he was telling you to drop the gun. It isn't absurd to read the chat wrong with him saying it wasn't a robbery, more so after he told you, they "have you surrounded." People playing around or "it was a prank" crap shouldn't be allowed to use that as an excuse on an RP server. It just brings about confusion and people cry about how they died or was KOS'd when they wouldn't of died if they weren't fucking around.

As for the Mods not listening to both sides of the story....Well this is starting to become a common occurrence so I've noticed lately, seeing as you aren't the first to complain about being banned or whatever without the mod asking them their side of the story. So to the mods out there not doing so.... Get your shit together. You can't just take one side of the story and then pass judgement, you need to hear both sides than if you still can't figure out what to do, then ask another mod or admin that's more knowledgeable or experienced.

So how did kaleo and itsg KOS you? It might be relevant in the fact of kaleos application.

I just checked the rules again to make sure. (Which I should of done from the beginning >.>') Seems the rule when engaging was changed to the first warning, "This is a robbery", has to be in chat. This wasn't the case from the beginning so I mistakenly thought it was still the same.

So how did kaleo and itsg KOS you? It might be relevant in the fact of kaleos application.

They KOSed me by in the Mod Situation, they shot me as they thought I had their loot, even though I didn't. At one time, it took at least five minutes to get me tped back!

I was going to arrest someone and gave them 0 text warnings at this time. Whilst this was occurring, I was killed. When I claimed KOS tublo Said I was in the wrong, Even though I did NOT give chat warnings, I lost around 15,000 bamboo worth of loot and even had to quote this rule. "When arresting you must warn in the chat 1 time and 2/3 times in voice chat (only if you want to say in voice if not you can say in the chat but you must say at least once in chat so we have proof that you were arresting)
He still didn't ban the offender who is called Z122401z.
