In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for your Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below
Be friendly to those in-game
Set up promotional signs
Give out items
All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

How government money is given out - This is definitely a much needed fix as nobody has any clue on how much money is being brought in AND is being dished out in a completely unethical manner. The new system will publicly post Washington’s financial situation and will be updated at least once a week if not twice for all the citizens to see where there money is going. The second part will to split the budget into percentages instead of completely random numbers. 50% of the tax money will go to the police force. 20% will go to all of my advisors/government workers. 20% twards shop funding. %10 to miscellaneous (use will be stated in financial updates and will go twards police and shop funding if not used.

Police overhaul - There will be one main government funded police group that will be lead by 3 police advisors who are captains and/or have previously ran a police group. There will be an easy application to fill out as all officers are welcome (will be used to add to steam group/discord and prevent people who want to be corrupt) All officers will be trained and will only be demoted if they are holding back the police force. ex: corruption, refusal to work with others, bullying/harassing, ect...

Business funding - again, another broken yet key part in running a business The first part of fixing it is to make sure the business has been around for at least 2 days before reciving funds. This will stop people who are asking for money abd recive it but never follow through with it. The second part would be to deside how much bamboo to fund to the business. It will be 2000 to 10000 bamboo with 2000 being an unnecessary buisness that doesn’t contribute to rp and 10000 being a business that has hired workers and adds/improves a key part of role playing. Money will be provided by the shop funding advisor and/or financial advisor.

No more homeless shelter/parking lot/ect... - Lots of mayors try to improve their server by building a homeless shelter or generators. The main problem it that your paying an insanely high price for what you receive. The build costs are high and barely anyone benefits from these services. For those reasons I am not going to waste bamboo on them.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: The best way that I can put it is that all of the previous mayors have done a great job but there are many problems with how they chose to function, I am going to fix all of this. Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: I wasn't a very good player in the past with me reciving a bunch of bans for stupid things. But for the past month, I have durasticly cleaned up my act with only one ban that was completly biast and wrong. It involed me being constantly harrased by a player while no mods were online. Even with several warnings for the player to go away, he persisted and I killed him. He came back after I killed him and continued harrasing me till I decided to just get off. Next thing I know im banned for KOS when I try to get back on an hour or 2 later.

Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Yes, I am even planning to improve them.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Police, Shop Funding, and Goverment workers. More information can be found in my video/pre-run post.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions):My plan is to allow all man-made structures outside the proximity of Seattle to have no limits to size If 3 or more active players living in it otherwise Base limits will be a 5x5x5 outside Seattle. all buildings in Seattle with 3 or more players living in it must be a 5x5 with no hight limitations, otherwise its limits will be 4x4x4.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:Ia m a deputy and know how unorganised the police are.. There is no police station, toll roads or ways for people to arrest others easily. I did prefer the roleplay idea of being police but lots of people didn't like me so I decided to take a break from police. I would like to improve this police force but as chief I didn't have any control over players who had just joined as police. I will also spend some of my own money on the city of washington

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will create a proper police station. (not just say I'm going to and not make it happen). I will help with the rppd to build centres for them and make them the lead police group. I will stop police officers being allowed to destroy illegaly parked cars and make it so only chief+ can. I will be supporting the rppd group with 75% of my pay.This will allow them to gear up their team.

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes a long time again for accidental kos.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will continue funding the rppd,
I will continue paying chefs to give out free food to people
I will rebuild the car park that was up for about 2 weeks
I will create free housing ( people will need to buy a door to claim so almost free.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will build a homeless shelters, community centers to help kit new people out, and build a police center. I will also be building larger houses outside of town for those with less money that wan't larger houses.

Extra info: I'm a nice guy and i'm honest and reliable. Never switched to the other side. Also i'm saving a lot of money by being dedicated to the server so don't need deputies, meaning I can spend more on other facilities.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: So i can make enforcing the law more fun than breaking the law so seattle can be at least 70% pro law rather than 60% against the law like it is right now.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will make learning the servers easier for new players so more people can RP faster rather than "why am i hand cuffed?" or "How do i roleplay?" And i will help lower crime and make police RP more fun and make crime harder to get away with. Also, I will help set up exact police stations that will be main operations for police groups (like the P.P.D) and others. Because right now, it is kind of sloppy, so I will have a more refined Police experience.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: 40 to 50% police forces, 20 to 30% for projects that will enhance the roleplay experience, 10 to 20% for shops and 10 to 20% for misc projects. (this all depends on the priority for #10

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions):I will help shops and RP apartments (along with the new one that will have almost guaranteed funding) with security by funding the people with strong doors, sentries and others, i will set up the pizza place (or newbie learning area) as a better source for information (hopefully helpful enough to make an instant spawn point. if possible.)

Extra Info: As mayor, I will make the security of the people my #1 priority (along with police forces) so when you log off, you will have more confidence that you will still have your stuff in the morning. (note when i actually run, i will have much more info.)
