The time has come once again!
In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for your Mayor of P.E.I! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below
Be friendly to those in-game
Set up promotional signs
Give out items
All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Because i want to help the citizens/players of #13 by giving out free items/bamboo etc., i will also build a "hotel" for players who dont have enough money to build a base!

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will build the hotel as i said and also i am a giving person if that is the definition of caring, giving away free items, kind.

Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes for some reasons. i.e kos, failrp, mass kos (unbanned)

I'd run but i have to warn all newcoming mayors. The job of mayor looks fun and exciting, but is boring. The only perks of having it is the 500+ salary, and the fact that you can control police. It is especially boring when you have an old role such as bandit, drug lord, police, or swat, or any of the police ranks. Commanding police makes it seem like it would be even better, but it's not. No one follows your directions as most have not read the rules or mayor description, therefor being unaware of their command. The estate is extremely costly, the windows sometimes dont even work, most people dont have the time to decorate the entire place for only yourself, and it's an awfully long time away from the main building,

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Well I want to be this rank because I believe I have the ability to lead. I am an excellent cop, thinker, and compromiser. I want to be this rank because I am honest, trustworthy, and believe I am fit for this role. Some of you will say "Those are bold words" and yes, they are, but I am willing to prove them as mayor. If I become mayor I will multiple changes and make multiple stuff illegal. I will do my best to strangle the living life out of illegals, making stuff illegal, while letting other roles breath.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will NOT set up public Generators, as bandits will use these to their advantage. I will keep stealies illegal, to save people's car. I will make adjustments to builders/constructors and other roles that I see are struggling and could use a hand.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will spend it on making RP lives better, I will split the money through my Ministers/Advisors and Advise them on what to do with it

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will make some stuff illegal, and adjust stuff for people of towns, most likely continue the public transit for newbies. and some other stuff

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I want 13 To have an active mature mayor for a 3rd consecutive month, as I would like to follow in Bat'd shoes and keep the rules he made and add a few of my own. I'm a very active 13 player but I do have to go on 10 sometimes due to RP Moderator. I Think I would make a great candidate for mayor and I would just try to improve 13 To the best of my abilities in my 1 month term.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I'll take open suggestions from everyone that comes to my office (that I will build if I win) and if it is a good, logical suggestion I will try my hardest to make it happen!

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes, A Few KOS bans when I was new, but mainly warning bans

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Funding The RCMP Groups, Giving the city power, making homeless shelters for the less fortunate, providing clothing, guns, ammo, food, water, and cars for the RCMP Whom cannot afford it.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I'll hire my ministers to help me out with the projects I'm planning, ill be open to suggestions from ANYONE on the server, new or old.

Extra info: I Think I'm a solid candidate for the job! And I would do everything in my power to improve the RP Experience for the players of 13 with the help of my ministers!

If yes, why?: Sigh my least favorite topic, I've been banned twice, both bans I didn't understand one of them I was banned for lying when honestly I was telling the truth. The second was for not giving out warnings for someone in my car who wasn't driving away
