Going on break for 1 month or less!

that's.... way too long....
IRL, pandahut ingame time is basically 1 month on pandahut = 1 year in it's irl counterpart (or maybe 4, depends where you from). Irl, cops are off duty when (probably) they're on some sort of break, or they're off their shift. What type of job would let you go on break for a year? Like a mayor is already passed the entire time you're on break
