Its like a small community that's a group on pandahut 13. I don't mean to disrupt it's just an idea. I'm not making another goverment just like a building area that should be free from raids

Why do you want to join?: I wanna join, because I want to be part of a community and open a shop with lots of peers nearby
Why should we accept you?: Because I will never raid nor rob a building or another colony member inside the colony and I'm trustworthy!

How would you stop raiding? Other groups of bandits could still raid. And police can raid for various reasons with a warrant.

Well yes of course but with enough members it should be hard to raid, I'm just asking people who are in the colony to raid, arrest or rob someone else inside the colony. Outside is fine
