The Big Issue Today!
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to take a bit here to start the discussion about the lack of staff being on at needed times and How staff have been treated when players are asking them to come on (from my own pov). I Know lately there has been a big Up-rise during specific times of the day when Staff are not Occupying the servers. This issue has Been noticed by the staff Especially the Trial Mods and Mods. We do our best to be on at all the times to fill in every hour of everyday. If staff are not on and Something Happens that is not fixed, please go post it in the Discord under the RP support chat and or here in the forums. Another Issue Comes from the staff. I personally have been Disturbed During hours of my day when I have other commitments or want to do Something else after spending hours Moderating the server. I Have been called for many times Through Steam and Discord as If I was a Personal Moderator in the Pockets of the people who Messaged me. I Understand Completely that it is my job to Be a Moderator but at 2 In the morning on multiple occasions being Spammed through discord or steam sounds a lot like my alarm clock, so please Stop using me as a Staff Member in your pocket! With all of this Please do remember that there is always a way, Staff member on or not, to Deal with a KOSer or Get Your Stuff back! Thank You!!!

Doesn't bother me. I get pmed all day long, im usually happy to go and help

When I used to be staff this was a problem for me too. I usually just told them to do /adminhelp or go an ask the support discord then close the dm.

I dont Disagree its just that Its more than just getting Pmedd its from people who only do it if they need my help.

You shouldn’t be staff if you don’t want to have to get on at awkward hours and help

It’s not that he doesn’t want to, it’s that he can’t. He is 15 and has school to go to. Getting sleep and doing we’ll in school is more of a priority and of more importance then helping people on a video game.

You shouldn’t be staff if you don’t want to have to get on at awkward hours and help

I think that staff deserve much more credit than for what they do. I only see players talking about staff making mistakes instead of how good they are.
