Some tips for new and upcoming mayors

So. Here are some tips that I followed, and that most should follow aswell:
1. Never leave your estate without a car, gun, (optional) or bodyguard. It is preferred you have a car and gun
2. Do not rely on the police force unless there are chiefs, deputies, or captains on.
3. Do not make extremely unnecessary laws, ex: Deforestation, walking around with a gun out, reloading in front of someone, aiming at someone, etc etc.
4. Make your officers ENFORCE your laws, not just see them and only ticket sometimes.
5. Set fair bail amounts and ticket prices
6. Blend in with the crowd. I prefer to buy a black hoodie, cargo pants, and a red scarf to look like a weaponsmith. It is best if you go around in clothes one role's kit comes with (ex engineer outfit (builder), what i said above (wepsmith), mechanic clothes, etc etc)
7. Change outfits every time you leave your estate.
8. Make sure your estate is blocked off.
9. Whenever the ticket balance (/ticketbalance) gets to 10k, withdraw it (/withdrawticketbalance) and give this money for funding, or keep it to yourself.
10. Dont buy yachts.
11. Police are NOT the same as bodyguards. Bodyguards are better.
12. Run your plans by the public first, make sure they like it, and then put it into effect.
13. Dont be a police role or a role with a lot of action before running. It becomes boring when you see cops doing nothing but you could be doing something.
14. You have the ability to demote officers at will. Use that ability wisely.
15. The police bow down to you. They cannot say whether or not they attend raids, kidnaps, or meetings. If you tell them to, they go.
16. Try to be the one that negotiates during kidnaps. If all goes wrong...rip kidnappers.
17. Be active.
18. Follow your mayoral promises.
19. Don't elect a cabinet too big. Maybe elect someone to tell you what's going on, or a builder, but that's it. Not like something Duke did where he found some random people on 10 and put them into like 20 positions, neither of which followed those positions.
20. Be the change you wish to see.
21. Listen to the public.

Most of the advice here is bullshit. Trusting police of not a chief Deputy of a captain? I could type some stuff why half of your tips are bad but in lazy enough where I won't also to the mayors I recommend you talk to me about your position before going to everyone about advice.

I don't like advice number 10, I feel that's setting an unrealistic expectation for Mayors.

Damn, you honestly LOVE hating on my shit. So basically, in all my experience, any time I've been kidnapped I've had to call someone on discord that's deputy or captain because no one rescues me lol. Unless I tell them ill pay them 10k.

Yachts are 6.1k, and are by far the hardest vehicles to turn on 13. They are slow, and takes about 30 seconds to do a 90 degree turn.

You're missing a crucial piece of evidence dear watson. The fact they're yachts.
