WASHINGTON UPDATE! A LOT OF CHANGES

Here is a list of everything happening on Pandahut #10:
All of my advisers are being let go due to not attempting to make any suggestions besides for Jack who is working on documenting crime-rates and I will also be paying Knightowl for things that he has built. If you want to help out with Washington, add me on Discord Orange#9730

I would also like to remind people to record their game-play to report corrupt police officers as I have been arrested by a corrupt police officer for 1 unlicensed weapon instead of just a ticket.
MAIN POINT: There has been a plethora of crime happening and no more than 1 police officer from 1 group has been on at any given time and then 1 or 2 officers who are untrained and not in a organized group. Since no police group in Washington has tried to do something with the majority of the officers that aren't in a group I will be creating my own police group that will value having more officers that are at least decent vs having a small group of officers that are experts.
