I have not been banned, but my bro has. I know an other server. I am gone from this server and am getting trying to get a refund for my rank. I wish most of you the best and I will leave a link to my steam if you want to add me and I will msg the server info I have moved onto if you wanna hop on with me.
The reason I am gone is the way Staff (not all, but some) respect other members of the community. I asked for a refund as I cannot access the server anymore and then a few staff members began to be salty about the situation and got so bad I had to make a claim on paypal as I could not speak to the staff without being disrespected in a way after each statement I put. I had an enjoyable time and may come back for a hour or two to say individual goodbyes. I loved the server and never will like it as much after the manner rag spoke to me(unless he appoligises to me via PM's on the forums.)

Couldn't access the server = banned. When you told me about it I apologised and went to check what was happening (P.S At this time he already made a paypal claim without even talking to us bout it) and what happened when we checked? you weren't banned and you used that lie to try to get a refund from it lol although we have proof of you not being banned. So you pretty much messed yourself up by lying to paypal and saying you got banned when yeah you didn't. Anyway! Thanks for supporting us and it sucks you're letting us go, hope I'll see you around!

I gave you around 16hrs to do something then you refused to give me a refund in the pm's. Couldn't access server doesnt always=ban. You may have appoligised but did nothing to help. You put in the pm's if you want a refund contact paypal as you wouldn't give me one like that. End of Story

1st. You msged me in the morning, not 16hrs it was 15 mins till I replied, 2nd I CAN'T issue you with a refund therefore I was trying to deal with it with you and talk bout it with higher ranks, you decided to be unresponsive about it so obviously now you're in this position.

I was unresponsive as I had to go to bed. I messaged you in the night. I was as responsive as I could. I am willing to close the disputes on paypal if you can issue a refund, even if it takes 48hrs maximum.

We will not give you a refund. You disrespected us and our servers by pasting false laws, Spamming PayPal messages about your dispute. We attempted to work with you to resolve the issue but you repeatedly refused our help and continued threatening us with a U.K Law. U.K laws do not even apply to us. We never disrespected you and dealt with you in a professional manner. You even told me to "fuck off" after I was trying to get you to understand that your UK law is invalid to us. You are out and you will not be coming back. Your Brother also threatened us after asking for a refund he said this "If you don't i will contact Paypal and ask them to sort me with a refund"
