Happy Holidays! In this update I am going to go over everything about Washington

Finances

After tracking the cities financials for the 15 days in office, I finally have the information for everyone to know how much money Washington is bringing in.

How money is made:
Washington collects %60 of all kill warrants and tickets and %100 of all gun licenses. You should make sure to get a license on all your weapons because you can't be arrested by the police for having unlicensed weapons AND the money is going back to you in police, shop funding, and public buildings.

How much money is made:
I feel it is right for the people of Washington to know exactly how much money is being brought in so here are the numbers:

Amount of bamboo obtained over 15 days: 157,214

Average amount of bamboo obtained each day: 10,480

2-3 times as much bamboo is brought in on weekends (Sat,Sun) compared to weekdays (mon,tue,wed,thu,fri)

Police

Current situation:

• All current police groups in Washington have very little or no active members along with some being corrupt
  Most officers are performing very poorly
  Most officers are not working together and because of this, they cannot stop kidnaps, raids, Drug dealers, and sometimes robberies.
  Lots of high ranking officers have turned to criminal roles

First fix that failed:

I decided to make a Police HQ where police groups could claim an entire section and for independent officers to have a jail cell. This failed because the current police groups on the server were barely functioning beforehand and never moved in. Secondly, The officer with the independent jail cells were not very good officers and switched to another role in the next couple of days. Lastly, The structure was denied a region and eventually turned into a multi purpose goverment building.

The new fix:

Now I am creating a public steam group and discord for all officers of Washington to join whether your already in a group or not. It will be used for all officers to switch into that steam group to work together to take down criminals. This will improve the chance of officers being able to stop larger crimes along with making it much easier to arrest payers with guns out.

The next step after this fix:

I plan to elect active officers from the public Steam group and Discord to lead a structured, well functioning police group that has lots of decently trained members to be able to work together and take down the toughest criminals. This group will also be backed by government funding with supplemental pay to all of the officers.

Washington vs PEI

I feel that there has been a lot of negative attitude on how Washington is doing so here is a list comparing both Washington and PEI

Red for Washington Green for PEI

Mayor plays on 10 and does a lot of work to try to make Washington safer and a fun RP experience for everyone. Mayor mainly plays on 10 as a criminal role instead of being a Mayor on 13

Has a thriving economy of shops all over Seattle You would be extremely lucky to find 1 open shop in Alberton

There is at least some police presence (will be improved) No police presence

average amount of players on in past 3 hours was 22 average amount of players on in past 3 hours was 10

Hopefully this helped you see how Washington is in a much better state than PEI.

On this statement, I disagree. 13 has RCMP Presence, and lots of it. I myself am a walking RCMP Chief Juggernaut, stopping almost everything that wants to challenge the PSD and PEI's safety. You're wrong on that statement Orange, 13 has police presence.

The player count has absolutely nothing to do with mayoral electives. It has to do with the fact that 13 does not show up in a default search on a players search query unless they enable modded servers to show.

There are a lot more factors on how players decide what server to play on if they want to play on a modded map or not. I can agree that it may not be reliant on what Mayor is in office but it can partially rely on the atmosphere of the server (ex: you can find players all over Seattle but only 2 or 3 in Alberton.) I’m just saying what I have oberved to prove to people that Washington is not bad as they think.

The few times I was on 13 there was absolutely no police on but could always argue against this because I can’t be on 13 24 hours a day. I’m assuming that you may have been offended by this statement since you are obviously a dedicated officer on 13, it’s just that you’re 1 of the very few people who are officers on 13 leaving little protection to the people and criminals to get away with almost everything.

Again, due to 13 not showing up in the default player settings, there is a much lower count of players. Although I do agree that player count is based on atmosphere, you cannot accurately compare both servers with their sizes when one is easily shown while the other must be actively searched for.
