Is it just me, or is the RP Rules sticky gone? I can't seem to find it at all.....
Only source close to the rules is the unofficial one BannedHammer made a while back.

Okay, well that isn't working for this reason "You are not authorised to read this forum." is what I get from that link. I even did Pandahut.net/RP before I even made this thread and that's the same response I got. I'd also like to point out that "authorised" is spelled wrong.
