In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for your Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below
Be friendly to those in-game
Set up promotional signs
Give out items

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: The last mayor's I've had the pleasure of meeting (quite rarely, I might add), were never on, leaving it up to the general populace to fend for themselves. If I am selected as Mayor, I will do my best to get on as often as I can, more than three times I week.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
I will solely focus on cleaning the streets of the so called "Mafia" that roams the streets, with the help of the PPD.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?:
80% of the money will go to buffing up the PPD to keep them around for as long as possible. 10% will go to keeping larger scale shops up and running, and the last 10% will be used for miscellaneous handouts to newer players.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions):
I plan on having a parking garage, shops, and a transit system set in place to keep Washingtonup and running when players need a convenience.

I am currently overlooking laws and speaking to high ranking police officials on what needs overhauled and what simply needs to go. I promise yo keep the general populace updated constantly on what's to come.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I want 10 To have an active mature mayor for a 2nd consecutive month, as I would like to follow up with better laws than Orange's with my own. I'm a very active 10 player but I do have to go on 13 sometimes due to RP Moderator. I Think I would make a great candidate for mayor and I would just try to improve 10 the best of my abilities in my 1 month term.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I'll take open suggestions from everyone that comes to my office (that I will build if I win) and if it is a good, logical suggestion I will try my hardest to make it happen!

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Funding The PPD ,Giving the city power, making homeless shelters for the less fortunate, providing clothing, guns, ammo, food, water, and cars for the Police Whom cannot afford it.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I'll hire my ministers to help me out with the projects I'm planning, ill be open to suggestions from ANYONE on the server, new or old.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I feel as if other mayors have tried but have never gotten Washington safe as how it was back when I played (May / June). Back in those times the raids were normal and arrests were just the same. There was safety in knowing you could make a base with alot of loot and not get raided the next day because of police. Nowadays people just care about making bamboo, and I think adding some other things for Police would make it fair for both sides. I suggested adding a /bail (link to the topic here http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=20363) and that would make it more organized for police, and even get them paid some money for doing well! I also have tons of ideas, whether it be law changes or changes to our current police. I will be organizing jurisdictions among the different police groups in Washington, an example of this could be:
P.P.D get's Seattle's police stations and mainly focuses their priorties there.
R.P.P.D gets Tacoma and focuses there.
Another police department gets Everett and focuses there.
So with P.P.D getting Seattle, they also have power over Camano Campground, Clearwater Campground, Bellevue Golf Course, Kennewick Farm, Olympia Military Base, and Heritage Valley.
R.P.P.D getting Tacoma, they also have power over Kent Raceway, Arlington Farm, and Paradise Point.
Another police department getting Everett has power over Shelton Farm, and Scorpion 7. This police department will have to excel at their job as alot of drugs go around Scorpion-7.
I will also be funding police groups of three (3) or more police members up to 10k, but will not be an official group without 15 active police members. They also require at LEAST 1 Chief, Deputy, or Captain in order to be official. This Chief, Deputy or Captain MUST be in good reputation with the citizens of Washington, or they will not be official groups.
I will be funding P.P.D 50,000 bamboo, as-well as building them a nice prison and safe vehicle storage. They will have the 2 police stations in Seattle regioned for their own use.
I also believe in a #10 - #13 Mayor Alliance, and with this I am funding PSD 25,000 bamboo if I get elected to get back off their feet and become the police force I myself served in.

Like how other mayors will, I am not focusing on building a homeless shelter, and I have a reason why. As of now, Homeless shelters get raided by outlaw groups just because they dislike the building, or 'just for the lolz'. I will only build a homeless shelter once Washington is safe, and I have made an active police force / staff to oversee the building.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I think I answered this in the above question, so I do not think I will be able to answer this as I have really answered this in my above question.

Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: I was banned recently for 'Sexual RP' but the moderator who banned me was himself laughing and actually DM'd me saying it was funny. Even though it was a ban, it was a funny ban

Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Yes. I aim to always re-read them and look over parts I have questions about.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I have a big wallet (containing 1 million bamboo) and will be using alot of it for protection among the citizens in Washington. I will first be using 50k to fund P.P.D, aswell as about 40k in making it a better prison and vehicle storage, which would cost around 90k. I will also be funding R.P.P.D 25k to get once again active, which would bring up my total protection to 115k. I'm also giving PSD 25k to become functional on 13 once again, and maybe more will be spent on 13 to make it safer. I'll also be spending up to 200,000 BAMBOO OUT OF MY POCKET in order to stop the current #10 Mafia. They can try all they want, but anyone will bust with alittle money. I will then be spending up to 100,000 bamboo (if mafia is brought down or weakened) to make shops, businesses, aswell as a transport system around Washington for the citizens. I also at the end of my term, want to leave as LEAST 100,000 bamboo in the towns balance for the next mayor to have some starting cash. I see the town balance something for the people, not the mayor.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I'll be building P.P.D a new police station and vehicle storage, aswell as making functional police stations (prebuilt or handbuilt) for the officers in Washington. These police stations will contain (if prebuilt) 2 sentries in the main area, and 1 sentry in the prison cell. If it is hand-built, it will include an armory, vehicle storage, at least 5 prison cells with 1 devils bane in each one, 4 sentries in the center of the building, as well as a top-security cell for the toughest criminals (most likely the Mafia's members) as well as a interrogation room for either Mafia or outlaw groups. I plan to spend at least 100,000 bamboo on these, and maybe more.

Extra info: I also believe in a alliance between the #10 Mayor and #13 Mayor. This is helpful as when, say, the Washington Mayor needs funds or police help, the PEI Mayor can provide funds or police. Nobody has the social skillz, of Social Skillz. (no this isnt one of those cringy outros, just though I'd throw it in for some sparkle)
