Welcome Players of #10 and #13 alike 
I am nir_master if you haven't already realized and I am one of the candidates running for #13 this election of January 2018
Police:
- After talking with the current Mayor of #13 I have been informed that majority of the Police departments except P.P.D has died off.
With this in mind I have talked to Ze Golden Pug (leader of P.P.D on #13) and the response I got is that I was given is the funding from what they get the tickets themselves covers most of their needs.
* 50k bamboo will be set aside for the P.P.D to draw upon during the time need
- From a recent post it seems the P.S.D is trying to revive themselves but only problem is I haven't been able to get in contact with their leader the funds allocated to them will be much lower.
* 15k will be set aside until I get confirmation that they are dedicated to their cause of reviving themselves.
Housing & public services:
- Right now the Atlantis Hotel that is being constructed is the only other community other than the one found in Alberton, so with that in mind I'll be putting in money to help maintain the community and also have a police force that monitors that community.
* With this I want maintain this community and many more so I will be personally overlooking the creation of Summerbush Housing under the guidance of the one and only Loxtonjoel.(more info on this later)
- Next up something more of hope but hopefully PETransit or some similar can be brought to life if iMC or others are up the challenge.
Working with #10's Mayor:
- As of now I'm I can't really clarify on the specifics due to the the elections not being over but I do agree that this would something amazing if were to happen and it would open a whole new possibility of RP.
Laws:
- From the looks of it the currents laws don't seem to be an issue so it will be kept the same unless the people or the future Ministers say otherwise.
Post Mayor Plans:
- I plan on keeping my self dedicated on making sure Summerbush Housing will continue to serve the people through all the wipes.
- Who ever runs in the next election for #13 I a more than happy to disclose anything that happened in my stay office to help them better understand what the people need.
- Any money that I use up from Town's balance I will pay back in increments of 5k every week.
