So here's how the story goes: Me and a lot of people were CDM'ed in Seattle by Mod Jayy. MANY people can witness that he was CDMing and swerving to kill people on purpose. He DID NOT do that on accident, as he continued to kill people that were EVEN ON THE SIDEWALK. There are a lot of witnesses to what he did.

To make a long story short, he told me what he was doing was legal by killing people on the road and told me that the rules said: If you are killed on the road, you are responsible for your death because you were on the road. (Note: The rules are now changed after I have been banned.)

However, he has not been punished yet. But even worse, I accidentally killed someone and got banned for CDM... Nobody had proof that I swerved and made it on purpose. Infact, I had 2 witnesses in my car and we were driving to a feast and I was on my GPS and it was COMPLETELY on accident.

Either way, I got 3 questions:

Will Jayy be punished? (If I was punished without ANY proof, shouldn't Jayy be atleast demoted from mod? There are plenty of witnesses that can vouch and tell what he did.)

For future purposes, is it fair to be banned like me for something that isn't written on the official rules list?

And lastly: Why is it fair to be banned without proof? I was banned because of an accident, but I was only banned because of the kill feed appearing in the chat. No warning, no questioning.

Two things, One submit this in staff report section, two do you have any evidence?

The 2 times I ran you over, 1st time you were in the road, 2nd time was about 10 minutes later while you were picking up your gear from the 1st time I hit you. Both times you were in the road, and I have no proof of this, but someone had placed a blue bedroll on in the middle of the road. Yes I could have gone either way around the bedroll, but I didn't feel like flipping my car over and having to get a new one. Anyway, the rules have changed and I got a warning for what I did and I no longer hit people in the road unless completely necessary.

Also, Jayy has been the mod for the longest of almost any mod I'm pretty sure. (I mean he didn't even apply ) but if you are in the road and you get killed by a car it is completely fair game, even if they swerved to kill you, therefore, Jayy should not be punished because it was your own faults. Due to the new rule, it has now changed. Thank You.

This is my EXACT point. He admits that he hit people and it wasn't an accident. He got a warning. BUT I do it on accident, and I get an insta ban, not questions asked. It just doesn't seem fair. Not to mention, swerving to hit someone wasn't a rule... That's my point.

Yes, I admit to running people that were in the street over. I was trying to reach my destination, you were in the way along with your friend, so in order to reach my destination I squished you and your friend. I was a driver and you were standing in the road, not in a crosswalk, not even walking across the road.. just standing next to the blue bedroll.

I know, but here's the thing. You got off with a warning but killed multiple people. I accidentally kill 1 person and I get an instant ban, no questions asked. Don't you think that's wrong?

Well it depends on when this happened. I was squishing people yesterday and the day before, but today the rules have updated and you can only squish people if it was an accident, in which your case it was, so I suggest making a ban appeal? Maybe to explain what happened in a little more detail that how it must've been explained to the mod that banned you.

Well, I think it is fair that this problem get solved by a Admin, Because this happening more than once is a problem, Why dont you just give 3 warnings to get out of the way, Use common sense, Pretend this is a real problem that happens in big cities, just honk the horn, if this happened in real life you would be sent to jail, Or death sentence. Think about it, If you kill more than 1 or 2 players in-game, would you do that in a real scenario?

Stiinky Stiinky Stiinky... Shhh. Stop getting heated. Jayy is here taking responsibility for his actions and owning up to them. You just had a gun pointed to his head and he just pressed his forehead to the barrel. Being as prideful as I am I can tell that you are getting frustrated with a minor lack of action, so take a deep breath and continue before you get angry and say the wrong thing. Just a word of advice, not saying you will blow up or anything. Just trying to prevent a forest fire before it happens.
