I've noticed the past few days if not weeks that the staff on the RP server don't RP at all and they just sit on duty all day even when their rules indicate that they are to only be on duty while dealing with a situation, but there they are half of them afk in the server, taking up slots that players could use to actually RP like intended. Today, there was a hit on AssaultQueen, and she was on duty, even though she had no need to be, so the hit was cancelled, and as soon as it was, she went off duty. This rule stating staff are to only be on duty while dealing with something needs to be enforced more.

+1, I walked over to the seattle bridge, saw 5 people on duty standing in place doing absolutely nothing. If you are going to do nothing, leave so someone that will actually roleplay can join, or go off duty and roleplay.

To the moderator rules we have it states they're not allowed to do that, if this is about the Queen incident I've spoken with her and she understands to not do that again, but I didn't have any other problems with any other moderator about this certain topic. (Actually tublo has been caught couple times, will make sure he stops that too) If this happens again let me know and I'll deal with it asap.

Many times if only one mod is on a mod will stay in duty and focus more on chat to be better able to help the server. If a mod isn't on duty and is rping many times they can miss a problem and then either make someone angry to the point they spam chat, quit, or report said staff member. Remember we aren't all seeing and all powerful we are people we miss things easily and sometimes the best ways to help the server is hang out on duty.

This is true, but seeing 5 people standing there doing nothing is a bit too much. Think of the people that need to spam "refresh" just to get in the server, when we have 4 or 5 people on god mode, not even roleplaying.

Okay, I'd prefer if I wasn't used as an example in this Possum.
I do realize I am on duty a lot. This is because I often forget to turn it off after dealing with a situation.
However, I am not one of the people who go on AFK while on duty, if I have to do in real life something I will exit the game allowing other players to join.
I am trying as hard as I can to remedy this by reminding others and myself to leave mod when they are not dealing with something.

+1, I try my best to pay attention while RP'ing, but tbh you shouldn't be spamming chat if you got an issue. Calm down, I'll be there in like 2 secs.

I've only noticed a Mod going afk and putting themselves in Godmode, maybe once, finally came across them like 10 mins later in the woods not moving. Can't remember who it was, but yeah, Mods and MVP+'s do have the ability to come back in later when it's "full" so why go Godmode and leave for an extended amount of time?

Aside from that. Some people know the mods are busy with other problems. I often watch the chat while I'm playing as well. I notice people crying for mods over and over. I tell them to calm down and a Mod will get to you as soon as they can, or try to help myself if possible. Usually someone will ask for a Mod more then once if they aren't answered, so it's not impossible to play without just standing in Godmode watching the chat. However, I can see how it might help if you're alone; more work. You also may not get to actually play much if there are a lot of problems, so why attempt to play if you're just gonna get dragged into another issue soon after. So I can see why a Solo Mod would do this.
