The "Gas Station" is a building, if he meant that, the ban is unfairly given and the mod will be punished same with the false statement by Duke.

Everything here abides by PH rule 1.1 along with no rule being broken as if that was a rule, 95% of both players and staff would be banned by now. Secondly, those rules the duke mentioned were made so that rp isn’t ruined for players (ex: making a wall around Seattle and charging players to get in and out.) In fact, this is doing the exact opposite by mellon encouraging rp and the buying player to get a place to set up a shop.

I'm confused, what did I do?
