Epical Running For Mayor

I have decided to run for mayor for the February term of 2018. I have any ideas that I would like to get across.
Reasons why I should be Mayor
1. 120 Hours on Pandahut servers, 85 being RP 10
2. I have been a cop almost my whole time. You don't want a mayor who has raided your base.
3. I have a great interest in being a citizens man, meaning I will do whatever it takes for players to become rich with bamboo and helping the all-around effect of Seattle.
4. I would Like to ensure players know the rules by setting them in a rule room the first time they get on. Stating all the rules on PH. Players will be let out after 5 minutes. This will make a better environment where players aren't just kos'ing
5. I plan to Make A big change in Police Roles. I will fund a large station in the city so police can be at the scene of the crime almost instantly. This would most likely branch off the PPD.
6. I plan to start a homeless shelter equipped with 2 lockers, metal door and a cot in each room. It will be a region, so you don't need to worry about your base being raided. once players have 1000+ bamboo they will be evicted from the shelter and turned into Seattle. I will hire a bamboo counselor that has played PH enough time to know some great way of getting bamboo
7. I would like to support more businesses so we can have a healthier version of Seattle, I would also like to put a limit on weapon shops. Although they are nice I think they take up too much part of Seattle. People need better ideas to make some cash flow.
8.Gun stores will be more of a selling license now. If you want to start a gun store. You need a gun selling license that lasts for 1 month that Costs 1000 bamboo.
9.I plan to have a full guide for cops to be able to use. As far as Jailtime and Ticketing. I will say what needs to be ticketed and how much per violation. This wont
be stupid tickets, I don't want players losing 50 bamboo for walking across the road.
10. Here are the Roles you can apply for to help me out. Police Minister, Homeless Shelter Manager, 1 Vice mayor, Accountant who needs to be 15 or older. He will manage the money, City planner: He will decide where new buildings go and what we need.
