No, I am pretty confident that you can't "buy a role." I am almost positive that a staff member will say the same thing.

Maybe it can be an option to add, but it will be kinda p2w and like tricky, you dont want to pay 40usd like the others mvp+ and you want part of the mvp+ perks.... on my opinion you should buy mvp+ is totally worth it
