The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of PEI! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

• All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Because I believe that what the past mayors have done isn't what the citizens on Pandahut 13 need, and I am here so that we can fix that issue once and for all and have there be anything that people may need while they play this server. There will be many great and interesting ideas I've had, and I believe everyone will find it a very good idea. (Below)

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: What I will do first to help out is create a server Soup Kitchen, where the role Chef can work and sell food there, with a slight tax for the Chef's profit and their own food/income. There will also be a supply of food/water the will give out to the people for no cost and make sure that they can have food/water so they won't die or spend the entire time looking fro food/water. I will also establish more police in the servers to help with the Mafia and Gangs and make the amount of Mafia/Gang groups and members dwindle to almost no mafia/gang 's. To do this, I will donate 100,000 Bamboo to the PSD in order for them to pay for these new troops.

Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: I have been banned from pandahut before, and all for stupid and noonish reasons. But to be honest, who really hasn't been banned before? Usually what happens on most RP servers is that you start and think it's PVP but it's RP and you get banned for hours. You also end up reading the rules, and understanding them. I personally have reviewed the rules many times and know a lot of the main and more secretive rules on Pandahut.

Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Yes, I know all the RP rules and have read through them twice and know what each role does and what other roles can do as well. I also know that I still can

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will donate 100,000 Bamboo to PSD from my personal Bamboo, and focus the rest of the money on the web being of the citizens of Pandahut #13. I will also spend around 50,000 on Food for the Soup Kitchen, so that they can have a supply of food when they need it. (This will be BLT's and Bottled Water only, which gives you 100% Food and 100% Water) I will also allow for some Chef's to work there, so that they can sell other stuff such as Pizza, Cake, Cooked Food, and other Food/Water items to the people, but only with a 10% Tax.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will personally build the Soup Kitchen for people, so that they can have food/water and they will not starve/dehydrate and there will be more time for RP, rather than looking for food/water because I know that Chef isn't a popular role, but it's needed.

Extra info: While Mayor, I will devote most of my time into these additions, while working alongside the PSD to make sure that this crime wave is stopped and won't continue at the high pace it's at now. Along with this, there will also be other additions that I feel are essential for the community, and I will make sure they occur while I am mayor of 13. If you vote for me, remember this:

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I Have Been Mayor x2 and active until Christmas (December) Midterms (January) but this month in February i have none of that so i can be much more active in past months to help the people of PEI #13.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: Well my plans are to Work on stopping crime in PEI. With the help of PSD i can abolish crime and make it safer for the civilians. I Will be funding the group 50K. I Plan to build A Community Homeless shelter with a side of a Community Hospital. I Will be hiring Doctors to run the Hospital side and have free medical supplies that i will provide for the people when needed.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I want to continue the great experience that Pandahut provides by not only making sure the Police gets funding to do what they do best but also helping out the the players on an RP level.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: As stated above I will continue providing a great RP experience by aiding the PSD and helping out the citizens.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: From what I have been informed the PSD is need of some funding so an initial amount of a 100k BB is allocated to them. On the other hand I have plans for the citizens which I would rather explain on a separate post.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I'm not going to mess around with that too much; I do want to see more people go out and make different things that push the limits of RP like orange did with the theater.

Extra info: I do want to put out there everything that I intend to do has been thought out before if it is actually possible and I want to make sure I will make reasonable expectations that are not things like "I will eradicate bandit groups" or "legalize berries" as I feel that is not only impossible to achieve but also strips away the RP experience. Why do you want to become this certain rank?: To help the Citizens of Prince Edward Island, all I wish is to Help the people of PEI by doing all I can to make their lives as safe as I can and as stress-free as possible. I've been killed by Multiple KOS attempts and I want to prevent it happening to the innocent Civilians of PEI. I want to strengthen the PSD so that less crime happens on 13.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: As stated before I wish to help the citizens of PEI by making their lives easier and More Fun, Tell me do my citizens wish to be Robbed, Raided, and Kidnapped, No they don't. It pains me to see my fellow citizen stripped of their Gear and killed. I'm want a safe future for PEI and I want it to be as enjoyable as possible without being back-stabbed, Killed,robbed, and over all just abused. As said it pains me and I want The Citizens of PEI to be Safe, I want them to be happy, and Finally I want them to feel like a Community.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will use 150k to Equip the PSD with Vehicles, Weaponry, and Man power to stop the Robbery,Kidnappings, and Raiding, also for them to increase security of the Border or Toll bridge . Also I will donate 50k to both the Food Kitchen (BLTs and Waters) and The Hospital (items listed below). With the extra I will use it to Organize some Uber Stops, A public Grow House for farmers and Chefs.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will build a Homeless shelter for the Poor and New (One bedroll and Locker per room, Free of charge), I will also build a Hospital for the weak and Dying ( One Medkit,Vaccine,Splint, and Two Dressings per person per day), There will also be a Food Kitchen ( BLTs and A water per person per day), I will also try to make Uber Stops for the Poor and Needy to get around cheaply, also I will build a Public grow-house for Farmers and the Chefs. Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: 3times, Got a guy to spawn a heli and then i stealed it, I killed one guy and a false raid there i destroyed one wall and 4lockers.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I feel that the actions of most prior mayors where laughable, and most laws meaningless. I want to focus on the present, and make PEI a better place TODAY, in hopes it can enjoy a month or so.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: Free power, public oven access, and vehicle handouts.

Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes, a handful of times. Usually as a result of not understanding nuances of the rules, or thinking that common sense could override specifics (like a bandit picking up a gun that was dropped as part of my arrest, while I'm arresting a bandit, not being enough to shoot them) when I was newer. I also accidentally gave myself a permanent ban as a result of a typo. Twice.

Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: I'm a moderator. I should hope so.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I hope to provide free trucks for the general public whenever possible. I also hope to institute free power, and public ovens. I feel that providing the less fortunate with vehicles, ovens and power will have a more widespread and meaningful effects than previous building projects.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I hope to use them to help with setting up and maintaining power for the city.
