Why NSEW For Mayor on Pandahut #13?

This is a question and answer Topic for you guys to ask me, NSEW, some questions about me running for mayor, what I'm going to do if I am mayor, and other questions that you have. This question and answer topic is for everyone to be able to ask me about, including Staff and Competator's.
Mayoral Candidates as of 3/1/18 3:45 EST are as follows (If someone else runs, I'll add them/you):

A brief recap of what I said in my application is that - If I become Mayor, I will fund the PSD 100,000 from my pocket and use 50,000 or less on building a soup kitchen (local place for free food 4 times a day online).
What is new, which I'm adding to my plan, is that there will be a delivery truck system with the soup kitchen, which will have 2 trucks, which I will have trusted associates use to bring food from the soup kitchen, to the person no matter where they are. If I become mayor, I will have an Application for who can apply to work at the soup kitchen. (You will be payed to work there, don't worry). I will also set up a place in the soup kitchen for everyone to meet up in. The soup kitchen will be a no-raid zone and will have a constant supply of food inside it.

Other notes I want to add:
- Mayor NSEW is better than a Dictator
- Mayor NSEW Benefit's you, and everyone else equally and fairly
- Mayor NSEW makes everyone RP more
- Mayor NSEW is dealing with the starving/dehydrated people head on, and helping all those who want help!
- Mayor NSEW is who you want to lead Pandahut #13
- Mayor NSEW is very Truthful, and is a very kind and nice player to associate with.
- Mayor/Player NSEW follows the Scout Law and Oath (Below. Boy Scouts of America Standards) and uses them in all matters, irl and in game.
- NSEW is a Boy Scout and is Life Rank, almost Eagle Scout right now
Everything in the Scout Law, Oath, Slogan, and Motto below are what I live by in real life, and in the Pandahut Community:
Scout Law - A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent
Scout Oath - On my honor, I will do my best, to do my duty, to god and my country. To obey the scout law. To help other people at all times. To keep myself fiscally strong, mentally awake, and Morally straight.
Scout Slogan - Do A Good Turn Daily
Scout Motto - Be Prepared
