Hello everyone!
For anyone that hasn't figured this out this will be my plans when I become mayor.
so going forward with the post I will be breaking downs in 4 distinct sections, which will be Police,citizens,post mayor plans, and extras.

Police:
*So I have already I have talked to Yoseph and I have come to find out that PSD could use funding to help both pay their officers and stock up their armory. With that I have decided that an initial funding of 100k Bamboo will be given to see how much it helps out the PSD. Accordingly the budget can increase if it isn't enough to keep them running.
*Also this was a concern from another officer but if it is possible they will be provided a car which can keep with some of the faster cars owned by civilians and criminals alike.
*I would like to go on what I could offer but that doesn't matter if I don't get to talk to each individual or at least a majority of the officers on what they think is really needed.

Citizens:
*I do want to start off with 2 things that I wont be doing and those will be Raid insurance and homeless shelters. The reason isn't because Raid insurance is really easily abused and the fact it has never been used by the masses. With homeless shelters it is not that I don't believe in helping other people but rather the maintenance is not worth the positives that it would be bringing. I have seen many mayors implement both but it is not successful or they aren't able to keep with the costs to keep it up.
*I do want to help players become self sufficient so I want to introduce a subsidy plan which helps those who are lacking in funds or it would leave them broke if they were to build themselves a base/shop. For those of you think this isn't much better than a homeless shelter or raid insurance policies, I will say it is somewhat true. But here is why it is better than and that is it less exploitable than insurance and gives those who would of been homeless a way to make money hopefully.
*Every Friday a party at the pool or the mayor estate where the people can attend to just have fun or come talk about concerns they have.

Post Mayor:
*I'll do my best to make sure those running after my term is over will be informed on what the issues that I faced and still am facing so they can tackle it faster into there term and in general they will be more informed.
*Though I wont be directly involved I do want help make the subsidy or whatever they plan to do universal so every mayor doesn't have to make their own which usually ends in players having no clue they exist or have the fact there or so many versions of the same thing.
Ex. All the different mayor discords and especially all the different raid insurance and shop funding applications.

Excuse me Jacob? But I have to add something that I already said I’m doing everything that nir_master is doing, and more, plus my ideas were clearly posted and didn’t go into detail on what I’m not doing, rather than what I’m doing. Not only this, but remember that I’ve been a Pandahut rp’r for a lot longer than all the candidates (except maybe pear) starting in 2016. This means that I have the best experience with how this server works and runs. Also, nir’s Police plan is basically what I am doing, except I’m actually in the PSD and am doing even more stuff with it, and going to continue to get this done. The overall result of my work on the PSD will impact the crime wave on 13, and make it a more safer RP experience. But remeber, I need our support to be able to do this.

Why is your text in red and blue

That would be because those are my favorite colors but I do admit they stand out a bit too much but I really didn't want to find a custom hexcode for each color so used the default colors.
