Positions:(7.5 KBB/week each)
Minister of Police: Helps me to coordinate police
Minister of Building: Builds or organises the building of projects
Minister of Public Relations: Talks to people and represents me to press
Leader of Counter-insurgency Department: Suppresses rebellions to protect the Mayor
Minister of Religion: Founds a religion and builds a church (additional money if active)
Leader of Secret Service: Commands my bodyguards and gets info on subversive elements
Co-leader of Secret Service: Second-in-command in the Secret Service, has their own squad
Minister of Finance: I'd like someone from the Opposition to check on my finacial activities and keep it fair
