Hey guys i bailed on the sky diving idea because most people didn't like it so im going to be basically building apartments i already have two complexes now on complex if fully sold out and another one was just built but i was thinking of making a hotel? maybe. what is your thoughts and im sticking to this build by the way i.

To buy a 4 roomed apartment that's 500bb
To buy a 2 roomed apartment that's 200bb
To rent ether room half the price for example
500bb goes to 250bb
all rent is due on the purchase date and then continues to be payed every 3 days.
