Introduction and Description of myself
Hello My Fellow Citizens and Friends, My name is Jacob Frazier, better known as JacobandTay, and I am running for mayor of Prince Edward Island.. I am a Proud RCMP Chief and a even prouder PSD Officer. I am a High Schooler, A Junior going into the 11th Grade. I'm a Proud Otaku and a Memeologist. I am also a Trial Moderator and I love it! I also have the entire summer on my hands so I will not resign and I will be very active! With all of that out of the way I believe that I should get on to the Ideas!

Traffic Laws!
I have been requested to add traffic laws by iMC and I will add Traffic Laws! If you are caught running someone over on the road you will be detained for Murder for 4 Minutes. Citizens must stop at every streetlight If there are citizens or officers on the sidewalk or crosswalk, if they don't abide these they can be ticketed 400BB or be arrested. I will also make the Alberton Garage the Main Garage where my citizens can Store and Keep there Vehicles in Relative Safety with Officers Nearby and On watch

Economy and Jobs!
Everyday I see less and less Citizens and More and More Kidnappers and RCMP. I plan on funding every non Bandit and RCMP role 10k if they have a Building such as a Restaurant or a Shop. I want to see PEI grow economically rather Police wise due to the PSD force being a Superpower and controlling the Bandits.

Bandit Groups and Drug Cartels
As of Now PEI is Safe from Drugs and Bandit Groups. I plan on keeping it that way, if such problems rise up, I will work alongside the PSD and Bring the bandit group to it's knees, and therefore destroying it.. I will be on constant patrol for Berries and I will provide Search Warrants for each and Every base requested to keep PEI at It's Safest and Drug Free.

Philanthropy
For the poor and needy I will build a Junction Homeless Shelter and Food kitchen where I will hire Chefs to feed the homeless Needy and Starving. I will provideone room for each citizen, being 1x1 and including a Locker, Cot, and Metal/Vault door. As for the Food Kitchen each citizen will receive two BLT's and One Bottled Coffee each day and free of charge

Raid Insurance
If a citizen owns a base they can Apply for Raid Insurance to ensure that their Shop Or Base will be Secured even after the base is gone, why I am Introducing this Idea is to make sure Bases and Shops stay up as long as possible to keep 13 Active and Fun for everyone involved! You must have No Illegal Items, No Connections to a Mafia or a Drug Cartel, and Finally if you are caught abusing the system it will be took away.

Secret Service Of Bodyguards
I myself need protection so I will hire a Secret Service of Bodyguards to protect me, applications will be open for this if I win.

Ministers
I will have multiple ministers, most living within the Mayor's Estate. I will have a Police Minister, A Homeless Shelter Manager, Public Affairs Minister, A Religion Minister (Optional), Minister Of Building, Secret Service Leader, Financial Minister, and that's all for Ministers. To apply to said Minister I will open a application page if I win.

Corruption
I take will take absolutely ZERO tolerance to corruption and if enough proof is provided I will Demote the said officer immediately. I will not demote a officer without reason, I will demote if it is Absolutely necessary or corruption is shown with proof.

What I will use Bamboo for
I will use 200k to fund the PSD for Morale and Arming them, I will fund my Homeless Shelter Manager 75k to make a Homeless Shelter and Food Kitchen, I will use ⅕ of my balance to fund my ministers,Bodyguards, and Chefs..

Electricity
I will power PEI with Public Generators and Pump-jacks so that Alberton can always stay powered and safe for it's citizens.

After My Mayoral Term
I will return to being a RCMP Chief and Serve PEI and it's citizens Proudly as much as I can and perhaps return to politics in August if I loose.

Outro
I'm afraid this is the end of my Mayoral Speech, I hope I can ensure a safety for my citizens in the near future. I will make all of my plans a reality if they become true and I will put up a few signs in PEI. Keep in mind that I love each and Every citizen and I will keep everyone of them safe as a RCMP in the upcoming days.
