So i play on Pandahut#10 i have been on the server for only a few days but have noticed Mods/Admins that are friends with players or other Admins, will let them get away with a lot of things, and the Mods/Admins will ban players that fight back this issue and never give their friends a problem. There is no excuse for these admins to allow their friends to get away with many crimes but get "ban happy" on players who did something on accident or tried defending themselves. In my opinion if you are in a position of power like that feel free to play and enjoy your friends company, but don't just let them do what they want because they're your friend, i'm in the Army and that's a big thing they taught is in basic training. It shows a mod or mod/admin has no integrity and more often than not a lot of players no longer trust the people chosen to be Mods/Admins and eventually word will spread about how these people with positions of power doing these things and cause a server to die, I personally don't want that and i just want these Mods/Admins to be watched by higher ups to see how they do things and what they do. I want this so the application process and hiring process for this to not be so easy.

This isn't so much a favoritism issue than the fact that more experienced RPers are more likely to have met/get along with staff simply because they play more.
You made mention of bans for defending oneself. While you can, if you're shot, arrested, robbed, etc... (within Fear RP, of course) you can defend yourself, yes. But if someone shoots you and misses, or blows up your car, you can't spray them down on the spot.

This wasn't meant to get attention to get rid of admins/mods is to look at what the admins/mods do and say on the server, another thing not everyone is recording their game play, most of us are trying to have fun and more often than not are interrupted by these players and their admin/mod friends.

If a player breaks the rules they're subject to a ban
Unless the Victim says warn them or the victim doesn't state their opinion, They will get a ban.

YES, that is so true! I wish it weren't.
