Expanding off what rage said as it was poorly explained then locked.
The start of every month (the 1st) a Ballot goes up for 10 and 13 asking a few questions. It will be stickied under roleplay general topics, along with 10 and 13 having their own post. You can fill it out for both or just one server. On the 5th of every month to the 7-8th of every month we post the vote for players to vote for!
