The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of PEI! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

• Be friendly to those in-game
• Set up promotional signs
• Give out items
• All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I want to be able to continue the same level of professionalism that Klockmann showed during his stay as mayor and player and help the community in the same level he did and continue providing great RP experiences.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: This also mentioned in the post I made ( https://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=23508 ) and also an additional post might be released detailing the specifics on how it will be spent.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): So far I don't see myself having to use my powers to help the mentioned roles as they seem to be doing good by themselves but if they have a really interesting project they are working on or need help I might see what I can do to help them.

However i have spoken to Rose(rp admin) about this issue and she told me that it isn't an issue and she knows i've been mayor before and active on ph and has granted me permission to apply.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I have a lot of experience as mayor before and i have in the past been a bit of a controversial person on ph but i want to show the community i have changed and achieve a lot for Pandahut. I want to reform the roleplaying experience through new laws and changing existing laws and make RP better. How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: This is greatly explained on my manifest, i have 14 points dedicated to why i'll help the community. I want to unite the community under one banner and work for all citizens.

I'll sumarise what i'll spend my money for:
150k to the 'PSD'
up to 10k funding on shops
7k for a fishermans lodge
Construction of a Church to perform marriages
Homeless shelter

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I, together with other builders and constructors will help to build a homeless shelter for the poor, a fisherman's lodge for fishermen and a Church. I'll also help anyone who needs a house to be a built or in need of a miscellaneous item.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?:
The problem I constantly see re-occurring with PEI, is that the "PSD" is untrained, undisciplined, and honestly not ready to defend and protect the Island of PEI. With my guidance and training, they will be either removed from presence or turned into the most professional, and well trained fighting force PEI has yet to see. I want to be Mayor so that the PEI is actually feared, instead of mocked, constantly.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: First and foremost, there will be a Jail, funded completely by me. The PSD will not be funded until they have proven their worth. Shops may apply for funding at a later date. I will not be funding generators or homeless shelters, rather give players that need the money to build a base, the money to do so.
