Goodday,

I am here to tell you that I have made a decision. From the evidence provided by both parties I can be sure to say Bat-Kat is surely not ready to serve the law anymore. Due to Bat-Kat already being Deputy and also should be more than aware of this... he will be demoted from deputy and be forced to play as another role from now on. You may re-apply for CHIEF in 2 weeks.
